I've been analyzing the lyrics of "Blinding Lights" and I think the "lights" represent the intoxicating nature of fame. What do you guys think?

That's a great point. If you look at the music video, it definitely supports that theory. The city of Las Vegas is used as a backdrop for this "blinding" experience.
